Hi everyone, thought this would be worth posting. This is my homemade GPS dashboard. Running custom android software using an old phone. It fits almost perfectly in place of the original speedometer and is wired to the accessories switch and turns on and off when key is turned. As it is a phone I can run software like hema or ozi explorer for offline navigation as well as play music and CarPlay

Am I understanding this correctly? The video screen behind the bezel is a phone? Or, you have a screen behind the bezel that is connected to an Android phone?

It looks great, by the way.

Haha yes I agree. not getting to 200kph any time soon!
160kph isn’t that hard. I could see going above that, but there’s no point. Mine would hit 160 without any trouble… and then I quit… fast enough for me.

Biggest tease in Mud. What’s your intent here? To share tech or promote your product? If tech, it is lacking severely in detail on what you did. Pics in lieu of 1/2 second videos would be more helpful. Understand if your are promoting a product that you want to protect. Share your intent.
