FJ40 having trouble on 495 tonight (1 Viewer)

Was the FJ40 that was having issues on the Express Lanes between Little River and Braddock someone from the club? I passed by him and then it whipped over to the side and stopped. Nice looking Dune beige 40 I believe. I was too far beyond to stop and see what was up. Been bugging me all night.

Soft top or hard?

Hard top. He was in right lane of Express and almost came to a stop and then after we passed pulled quickly over to the wide shoulder and stopped. Could not see plate number

Did it look in good shape? Could be the guy who was selling a beige one and came to a meeting.

It looked like it was in great shape...from what I could see at 75mph.
