Anyone have tips on how to remove the gear pin on the stock 40 dizzy? I've beat on it, drilled it, and beat some more. It ain't budged?

That is a roll pin holding the gear drive in place.
Beating on it has probably flared it thus making it tighter.
I think those pins are hardened so drilling might nor work and it could spin the pin galling the hole.
A press and proper sized drift punch is your best bet.
