FJ40 Fuel Line Grommet - Part Number? (1 Viewer)

Hi All -

I am trying to find this correct part number. It is for a floor pan grommet that encases the fuel line and fuel level float line on a 1970 FJ40. The part reads either “FA63-61417”, “FAG3-61417”, or “FAG3-G1417”, but nothing is coming up from Toyota. Thanks for any help.

I believe this is the part number 90480-40255, but sadly as stated it is NLA

I think I found something that will work as a replacement. I’ll post back once I check the fit.

This will work, but you have to drill the holes:

I got this to work too: honda #82871-671-000. It's a couple of bucks less at the local honda stealership.

i want to reproduce this part for the 40 series community ..........

i can have them made in short order

Hey Matt, here’s some pics. I used a 12mm, and 5mm hollow punch set to make the holes in line it is grommet #90480-40255. I also tried a Honda grommet #82871-671-000 (plug used for antenna) that worked but I destroyed that one cutting it

any idea what the HOLE ID in the body of the tub is ?

in millimeters ?
