FJ40 Front Door Windows Seals (1 Viewer)

I want to put all new window seals in the front doors of my 1978 FJ40. The original ones have chrome channels lined with felt and are in bad shape. What are your suggestions for the best replacements and where to buy them? (I would like to buy the complete set for both doors). Thanks in advance for your help! Steve

I need the same, looks like CC has them:

Weatherstrip - Front Door Outer Window Felt - OEM - FJ40, FJ45, BJ 1975-1980

OEM Toyota - Fits FJ40/45 BJ & HJ 1/1975 - 5/1980. - This felt is made with the metal clips that push into the holes in your door. - These can be trimmed to fit the BJ wing window style doors. NOTE* These fit both left and right side.

Did you get anywhere with this? I am looking to do the same for '76 FJ40. I see this on City Racer's site:

haven’t used that specifically but have the window seals for a 72 from city racer. i’d trust anything from his site. everything i’ve purchased from him has been good stuff.
