I have a 74 fj40 that I have performed scout power steering on and want to extend the wheelbase by moving the front springs forward three inches. Can I do this without moving the steering box forward? I hope so, hate to think I did all that work for nothing. And when I move the springs forward, should I keep the shackles where there at, or reverse them? I've heard horror stories about transfer cases exploding by bottoming out driveshafts, when the shackles are reversed. I just want to get it all done at once. By the way it has a soa too. Thanks in advance, Pete
