I'm new to this forum but not new to TLCs. I have had a 73 fj40 previously and I'm looking to modernize the fj40 I'm looking to purchase.

Who is the best resource to discuss engines, TC and transmission combos that will work in a FJ40?

l second Mike Dajda in NRH, he's about to add TBI to 2 different rigs that are in his shop right now. Everyone I know he has done the desmog to their rig, said its night and day in drivibility. His wrench Efrain knows how to work on cruisers too.
