FJ40 driver seat slider disassembly (1 Viewer)

I am trying to disassemble the sliders for my '73 drivers seat. They are gummed up and the bearing need cleaning. Anyone know a good way to get these apart? This photo is courtesy of another mudder without a description of disassembly. Appreciate the help.
