Hi, Dallas has tent and canvas shops they all will make a cover. Don’t know why the lady can’t find help,illegals are all over Texas.

Most of the good quality covers are sourced from Covercraft, who is the true OEM. Covercraft holds about 70,000 patterns so the 40 should not be a problem. Someone mentioned California Car Cover. Great company and customer service (covers are sourced from Covercraft ). I have several purchased several California Car covers and I'm 100% happy with the fit and durability. I have also purchased more generic (5 layer) car covers from CarCover.com. They are less expensive, don't have a tailored form fit and last 2 years if you leave a vehicle out in the sun/rain/snow all the time. Everything does protect the vehicle. You just have to decide how often you want to replace the cover.
