I have a complete functional PTO winch that came out of a 78 H42 FJ40.
Winch was restored at one point (many years ago) and never used by PO. This kit includes winch, PTO box, driveshafts (has seized u joints), in cab linkage and lever. This is a bolt in but again, driveshaft need two u joints, I have to take pics of it sometime during the week
Asking $2,000 picked up or you arrange shipping, I can happily strap it all on a pallet

No damages at all, just the frozen driveshaft joints that needs replacement
