FJ40 Chevy 350 Swap Speedo Help

I have a new 1975 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser project. Has a new crate Chevy 350 V8 swap with a 350 Turbo trans. Runs strong, but the stock speedo is not working, so wanted to see if their is a new cable and/or adaptor I will need to get this working again? Is it just as simple as replacing my current speedometer cable and speedo drive gear? Thx Mud

Speedometer cable connects to the transfer case. If your cable is to short because of the 350 turbo, my suggestion is to source a longer cable.
