Is there gas in the float bowl? How old is the battery? How are your grounds? What color is it? Is this a new occurance? What did you do to it last? What's it's name? What size tires? Stock engine and ignition? Wheel it much?

Check if there is gas in the carb bowl after it sits. If not, look for gas at the bottom of the intake manifold. Reformulated, oxygenated fuel tends to creep out of the bowl by surface tension. Use the flooded engine start routine to start or wait until the fuel pump fills the bowl again.

No gas in float bowl. New battery and cranks fast. Not a new occurrence and no work had been done to it. Stock engine and ignition
