This came with a parts rig, the carb had been removed, dismantled, and parts placed in zip lock bags. I am no carb expert, so I cannot tell you if everything is there. So, sold as parts. Metal tag has stamp 60202. Stamp on top of carb: 4 A 26

Looks like both throttle shafts are missing, as well as the choke breaker/throttle positioner.
