FJ40 79-83 Front Seat Rails/Brackets/Sliders...Riveted Together or Do They Come Apart Somehow?

I would like to disassemble my front seat sliders to blast and powder coat. I see a clip by each roller, but I don't want to pry/bend around on those if the unit is riveted together anyway. Any tips/pics on taking them apart?
