I have a early FJ40 3 speed Transmission with a Downey floor shift convertion (used to be "three on the tree"), stock transfer case, and a Ramsey PTO winch box with the drive shaft (I do not have the winch itself...sorry). The transmission has a shifter, but the transfer case is missing one. They are very easy to find and can be purchase from any Land Cruiser supply company like: Sor.com, cruiserparts.net, etc.
