While diagnosing idler gear shaft O ring leak, discovered the bell housing bolts were not torqued. The top bolt is not tightening and housing looks like it will need to be tapped. My bolt measuring tool stops at 12mm so am not able to confirm what is on there now but it is larger than 12mm. The number on head is 6.

Based on the OEM bolt part number just ordered, #91112-51340 and using FSM section 10-4, Service Specifications, can someone confirm the factory bolt is to the following specs?

Bolt Head: #5
Thread Diameter: 13
Thread Length: 40
=51340

Pitch: 1.5
Standard Torque: 55.2 ft lbs

did you order new bolts from the dealer yet ?

course thread sound correct

overland metric has a nice database that is helpful to determine the bolt size of a particular part number,

91112-51340 is listed as a M13x40 HISIL (hex bolt indented head, silver zinc)
looking at the FSM there is no torque listing for a class 6 13mm bolt. the torque spec for a class 7 13mm bolt is 57.8-86.8 ft-lbs.
since a class 7 will have a slightly higher tq value than a class 6, I would personally go with 70 ft-lbs and call it good.
not sure why toyota didnt specify the grade 6 13mm bolt, but tightening stuff like a housing on a truck is not rocket science, dont over think it too much

Thanks. I just received the bolts from Toyota. Part #91112-5130 and washer #94512-01300. The bolt is M13x1.50x40. The class bolt is 5. Outlined below in blue is torque settings from FSM. This is another example of how Colombian restorations do not pay attention to details. The bolt that was loose is not at all the correct one. It measured 1/2-20. Fortunately, all other bolts appear to be correct.
