What tool is used to turn the Crankshaft Claw #90913-94003 on a 1976 2F engine?

A hand-starting crank.
Thanks. Was searching for the wrong keywords. The part number is #51409-66010. They are NLA from Toyota. Here is part link.

FJ60 crank/spare tire handle will also work.
Thanks. That’s good to know. I’m not going to try and start with it, only interested in turning it to adjust timing. The socket size is 46mm.

If anyone has a crank that will help me adjust cam to TDC please let me know. Just read that a 1990 Mazda truck uses same crank for jack.
 
Place cruiser on flat surface. Shift cruiser to the highest gear.

Release parking brake.

Go to the front tire/wheel where your distributor is at.

You can rock that wheel back and forth quit easily and keep an eye on your distributor to see where the pointer lands.

No need for crank handle. You can get it to TDC in 2 minutes
