After many months of trying to source a 4th gear synchro for my transmission, I just received a shipment of 25 (minimum order from manufacturer). They're not OEM, but every measurement I've taken matches up to OEM.

edit: I also have third gear synchros available!

Edit 2/16/19: I have an order of 3rd gear synchros arriving at the end of March. I’ll keep you posted.

Not elder, but the Teal Shpeal has a 4 speed. Assuming this works in an H41?

I am not an expert but believe FJ25 tranny synchros are unique to its straight cut gears. Although part number will have a last say. Good Luck.

That’s correct, the FJ25 synchros are unique from other Landcruiser 4-speeds. Although, I’m not sure it’s relative to the straight cut gears.
