Hi All,
Great site, have been lurking for some time, but now in need of a little help.
Picked up the Lx 470 last year, and found the exhaust was missing the cats.
Had some generic cats installed, car passed the vehicle inspection and all was well.
Over the year I've noticed the fuel economy steadily climb to 26 liters per 100 ks, (9 MPG)
no warning lights, so was in denial for some time.
Thought I would have a look at the O2 sensors, but none to be found, upstream or down?
my exhaust has been plugged, I think the cats are blocking up, causing increased back pressure.
The tail pipe shows lots of black un burnt fuel.
The problem is, where do the O2 sensors plug into the wiring loom, I cant find an the electrical plugs anywhere.
Also if an O2 sensor eliminator has been used, where would this be?
Any info greatly appreciated.
Best Regards john B
