First Issue with my new to me 80

1993 cruiser and i got out of my rig today and noticed the interior door handle stuck half way out. I then closed the door and when I came back to the truck I couldn't open the door. I put the key in and i could turn it left (lock) but it wouldn't turn to the right. I opened the passenger door and no matter what I did, manual unlock or power, the door wouldn't open...so now I have to pull the door panel with the door shut but what do you think the issue is? I'm thinking actuator but I cannot find one

Check all the cabling and clips too to see if anything is bound up. Possible used actuator can be sourced from spector or cruiserparts.net, etc

Spray some graphite lube in the lock?

its a broken acutator...best price i can find on new is $150 for the part
