Skillet knows where to get gormlets. Ask him.

that was a joke - it's spelled "grommets" - (and Skillet is one of our resident grammar/typo critics here on MUD)

no, there isn't a preassembled set (and they differ by build years, too), and most of the ones you find in an autoparts store do not fit

look in the Vendor section here on MUD (tab on the top of this page) - several vendors sell grommets - alternatively, you can buy moldable rubber clay from several on-line vendors, such as Eastman, and goop up your grommet holes to your liking

I almost pissed myself poor guy one slip on the keyboard and gets slayed

I sourced some of my grommets including the firewall from Specter , http://www.sor.com You'll have to go through the diagrams and pick them out. I was able to find the body plugs and the rest of the grommets for the whole vehicle from http://www.rubbertherightway.com. I used a vernier calipers to measure the holes and match them up. Unfortunately I did not save the part numbers.

Thanks for the tips and link, Zags...these are things we all need!

cruisercorps.com has them, too. As well as SOR, etc...

Gormlets... I usually have those for breakfast when on the trail.

I was able to get a couple from my local dealer no problem as well.

I used cruisercorp for all the oblong shapes and for the ones they stock, and used zags suggestion , Rubber the right way for the rest. The gormlets are usually a special order.
