Welcome, and congrats on a great vehicle. A cream puff 03 at a resonable price is about as good as it gets. Many on this site consider the 03 the pick of the litter, so you really did well.
You are right about the NAV - that is a risk one takes when someone else gets a key. The PO on my LX did not clear out all the marked points - but did clear out her home button.
