STILL WHINES!!! Next i am going to try the Smog pump. This whole whine thing is getting old!!

Have you tried to broom handle trick? Take a broom handle and put it on all the accessories, including the idler pulley next to the AC compressor, and hold it to your ear. A poor man's stethoscope. Worked for me a few times....

What is the sure fire test of an FJ-60 fan clutch? I have one in my basement off of a junk truck and I would like to know if it is working. Also how do I test the one that is on my 87 fj 60 now?
