Sounds like he is planning on doing a bunch of work to it, but without knowing how good his work is, kinda tough shelling out that kind of cheddah for a truck that looks like a rust bomb in the pics Prolly should with till the resto is done before trying to sell it for that price.

I am not sure if a "frame off - complete nut and bolt" restoration would even command that price. Unfortunately the market just isn't that strong for a BJ70.
