Fasteners for shroud piece (1 Viewer)

This is a piece of fan shroud at bottom (inspection port cover?). I am looking for part number for, if i remember correctly, sheet metal looking screws to attach this to shroud. I have checked the parts diagrams others have suggested but have had no luck. Thanks in advance for your help

thats not the fan shroud, thats an engine splash guard.
phillips pan head sheet metal screws
