FAQ Update

The two ideas being polled in the FAQ were merged. The entire FAQ is in a Thread AND the first post has hyperlinks to the various chapters. As the compromise soultion was developed, the poll was closed.

So, you can click the hyper link and have a new window with just that chapter OR you can scroll down the entire thread.

Hi Ken, hey man, dontcha worry about those arses, I know that the majority here really really really appreciate what you and reffug do for us. There's only one mod we dont appreciate and he's out taking some poll somewhere! JJ. Seriously though man, we really appreciate it, keep it up!!!

Obviously, they don't appreciate all the work that goes into these FAQs being performed by two guys with Families, real jobs and who don't get paid for this.

Just to piggyback Romer and I both try our best to make this a constructive and very information ready asset for all the members. We do this with our free time and whatever time we might set aside at work. I know many a lunch I have skipped to work on things for mud, but we do it because we enjoy it and hope that the members here enjoy it as well.

I guess I don't get the FAQ format. I recently searched the forum for "headlight", found some info. I also found someone angrily telling a poster to check the FAQ. I tried searching the FAQ for "headlight", no results. Is it not yet up? When I click FAQ on the top banner I get a search window, is there some other way to look at FAQs?

The FAQ is a stickey at the top of the 80's forum. You are clicking on the FAQ on the mast head.

Its titled FAQ for 80/LX450 updated March 21, 2006

PM me if you have more troubles. Don't recall much on hedalights in the FAQ. Probably what you need to do is a search.

In the masthead, select serach, advanced search, highlight 80's forum and type headlight or whatever in the search criteri box.

Ah, found it. I've begun to ignore the stickys I guess. I assumed there would be something on headlights after seeing someone chastised for not looking there for a headlight question.
