Fan rattle in dash, Infotainment? (1 Viewer)

My LX has developed an annoying noise in the dash. I’ve isolated as best I can and decided it’s a cooling fan associated with radio/nav unit (???). It sounds like an electric fan that’s giving up. With HVAC off the noise is there. With the engine off in ACC mode the noise is there.

I searched and either used the wrong search terms or this is not a “thing”.

Any ideas, anyone?
