I searched and I couldn't find what I am looking for.

I have a 1967 FJ40, with a 1984 2F from an FJ60. I currently have the 60 series 2F water pump with oil cooler, fan clutch and fan. The problem is the fan is too big to fit inside the shroud, and I would rather not modify the current shroud.

The Fan measures about 18" in diameter, and the shroud is about 17" in diameter.

My question, is there a fan out there that will bolt up to the 60 series fan clutch and is smaller in diameter to clear the shroud; or a shroud that bolts up to the radiator support and has a larger diameter opening to clear the larger fan? The fan has enough clearance between the radiator, so the length is not an issue.

A 1975 and newer FJ40 fan shroud will accomodate that fan.

I used a 2f Fan shroud with a 75/76 water pump W/oil cooler and a fixed 8 blade plastic on a 78 2F block
