what type of oil is used? i know it's a special oil, but what type? thanks

I rebuilt my fan clutch for my 89 back in the mid nineties and used silicone that I got from the dealer. Came in a tube like super glue and had a toyota label on it.

You have to buy it from Toyota. There are 2 thicknesses, I used the thick stuff which worked great, then bought a new fan clutch anyway.
