What's weird is it just started out of the blue and I wonder if there's something else going on???? It's a 3FE transplant with about 175k on it. Prolly 15k on the transplant.

I'll probably just let it wear itself down or grind it down myself once it gets to me. It's the worst at low RPM. Once I start cruising it seems to balance itself out.

Thoughts?

no sense fixing it now wait until it gets real expensive and does some damage and your truck is down because you waited for it to heal itself.!!!!!!!!

Hey shelfie, relax, thats not what I meant.

Is it rubbing at steady RPM or when you accelerate?

Hmmmm broken waterpump shaft?
Had that happen years ago with a 55, rad-pump wrecked...great.

Motor mount sounds possible........check soon!

When I'm on the road it seems fine. It's just at low idle like in driveway/parking lots when coming or going...

Grab the fan and see if there is any play. Doesn't sound like a motor mount unless it gets worse under torque.
