Factory roof rack plastic clips part number (1 Viewer)

Broke one of these while scraping the snow off this morning. I can't seem to find this part anywhere online. The bolts to the factory roof rack are now exposed so I want to get a replacement clip if possible. Searching for the number on the back doesn't turn up any results either.

On the back it says:
