Factory PTO Winch - Does it fit both Auto & Manual? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone.
Just wondering if anyone knows if the factory 60 series Landcruiser PTO winches fit both the automatic and manual transmissions?

Yes they do, there is a difference in the in-cab winch lever between the auto and manuals though...

Okay sweet! Does this impact anything majorly? Don't need any other parts to make it sit right? Anything I need to keep an eye on?

As far as the actual PTO itself goes, they're the same. Double check the drive shaft length too as that is something I am unsure of (whether it is a different length for manual and auto).

You must have the correct in-cab lever in order to be able to shift the transfer case into the winching gear, obviously and I'm assuming this is known, but you must have a transfer case suited to the PTO application...
