yep www.sor.com-I think they carry most of the parts that are specific to Toyota PTO winches, some used some not, if yours has been taken care of and you take care of it, you shouldn't need to buy many parts-provided one very important thing-that you use ONLY TOYOTA OEM shear bolts. thats the engineered weak point so that nothing else gets hurt or broken.
