For those running Weber carbs with factory air boxes, how do you seal it up where the two connect. Mine has a small gap where the adapter and box meet. Is there a rubber seal there that I am missing?

you need the one piece adapter for the base, and thats the wrong adapter for the oe air cleaner.
and that looks a lot like an fj60 air cleaner.
the best thing you can do is start over with an oe carb and just forget the weber.

That would be great, but due to circumstances, I have to work with what I got
I’ve had a Webber on mine for 25 years with no issues.
