i am not as familiar with these engines so i need a little help. What is the difference in the F engine between the years 72-74. I know the later models had a better oiling system but can you use the head from a 74 on a 72. It appears as though the rocker arm may be a little different. My neighbor is having to replace a cracked head and has purchased a 74 engine to salvage few parts from. Thanks in advance
