I have replacement sway bar links for my 100 series. Has anyone chopped theirs and welded in a rod to make their own extended links? If so how long should they be?

Unless you have 2" or so of lift, the extended links won't do much. Just saying!

I did it for my rear sway bar. Measure full extended length of your shocks and extend accordingly to maximize travel.
Also removed my front

The rear would be extended by the equivalent amount of lift.... probably 2"
The front would less than the equivalent amount of lift since the swaybar is mounted inboard of the suspension arm. So 2" of lift would equal about 1.5" or so.... maybe less.

If you had extended travel shocks that were much, much longer than stock, you would need longer sway bar arms... in addition to longer links.
