Hi guy's;
I am a newbie on this forum, located in Westrern Canada, with a RJ 70, imported from europe, I think in australia there called bundera's( has a 22R carburated engine), with a cracked exhaust manifold. Going to replace it with new manifold and also new studs and hardware.
I am wondering if it is a good idea to use high temp thread lock on the treads going into the cilinder head ? Or will this give problems when ever i have to take the manifold apart in the future, like risk of stripping threads in the cilinder head.:confused:

Thanks, Ronald.

Nope, don't need it. Studs don't tend to loosen off. Just make sure the holes and threads are clean and dry, or use a little light oil when you to the install.

Thanks, John.
