Currently looking at putting on a new exhaust. The one Im looking at is Australian and listed for TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 80 SERIES - HDJ80R
4.2L 6 CYLINDER TURBO DIESEL - 1HD-FT

Question is, will this mount up to a May '93 HDJ81 w/1HD-T? Were they any differenced between the two engines in regards to how the dump pipe bolts up to the turbo? Since the only difference is 12 v 24 valves, Im thinking no. Thanks in advance.

You haven't linked to the one you're looking at.

Turbo flange is the same. Should work for all HDJ80/HDJ81

If you're looking for performance, I'd suggest looking for an exhaust system made to run on the inside of the frame rail from turbo back.
The standard exhaust crosses to the outside of the frame rail, then back to the inside before going over the diff and out the back.
It's a very convoluted path with some unnecessary tight restrictive bends
