I vaguely remember hearing something about an event this Saturday. Does anybody have any info on that?

At the last meeting we talked about having a club BBQ this weekend on the 29th, but now that it's rolled around, a lot of guys are out of town and/or busy.

What I've learned from these past few weeks of trying to nail down a BBQ date is that perhaps summer time isn't the best time to schedule it. Everyone's going on vacation, and plus, it's HOT!! Maybe we should have it sometime in early fall when schedules quiet down and the air cools off a bit.

Any thoughts?
