Even the Washington Post agrees with the HPA...as much as they can.

Thought I'd start my morning critcizing the Post & seeing some slam job from the anti-gun nuts, but amazingly near a balanced piece (for the Post):

Analysis | Are firearms with a silencer ‘quiet’?

To me the "active shooter" scenario seems like a hellbent fool would build a muffler from a pop bottle & steel wool/fiberglass, but I let my subscription to "Idiots Monthly" expire - so IDK.

Liked the Pinocchio rating system, good for a chuckle.

You could get an adapter and thread on an oil filter:meh:
Thanks....forgot that one.

I just took the time & got my tax stamps, but it is pretty silly for a muffler & all.
Really seems like a common sense thing, cars have mufflers.

Wait, I thought they were silent?

I've seen WaPo articles. That did not seem like a WaPo article.
