Does anyone have a list of parts for the evaporator system?
Not sure what I will need.

Had the following codes:
0440 evaporator system (had it longer than I should have, my bad)
0300 Multiple cylinder misfire
0304 cylinder 4 misfire
0307 cylinder 7 misfire
I found a charcoal canister for $445

What other parts should I replace while I am at it?

No. You have two separate issues.
