Ok, so the 100 series tranny bolts to the 80 series T-case....

The H55F bolts to the A440....

Catch my drift? What else from what other vehicles can be swapped in without adapters?
 
But the 100 series tranny doesn't bolt to the 80 series engine
 
I think the motor goes first....then..:hmm: the tranny... and the t-case I think is last but I may have that backwards. All kidding aside, it would be a great to put a 100 motor and tranny in an 80 series, it would solve the no power issue!

Yes, but these will not mate to a 1FZFE due to bolt pattern differences as well as the fact that the 100 series got rid of the throttle cable and was a completely computerized shift system.

IMHO, you can make anything mate with anything as long as you have money and some ingenuity.

You're right beno, but I don't have enough money to back any ingenuity I may have....so I'm trying to figure out what bolts up to what without adapters to avoid spending money.
 
and which it's your tatget .. ?

The A440 come with part time BF1A and full time HF2A ..

the H55F come with the BF1A and the HF1A ( part time too )
