I'm looking for recommendations. I'm interested in capturing realtime sensor values over time, not a scanguage display. I could build one, but I already have too many irons in the fire.
 
I’d be willing to bet performance trends.com has something for you.
 
Torque Pro supports data logging. I've never done it myself, though. You'll need a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter. I think mine was about $20 on ebay.
