It appears the #4 plug boot was allowing a shorter path to ground. Just wanted to post this in case others encountered a similar problem with an intermittent misfire after initial warmup like I did.

Nice, I love it when you isolate a problem and get it fixed. Chasing stupid problems like that can drive a person crazy. Good work.
 
Thanks! Only cost me plugs, a set of wires, and the head gasket DVD (which I am keeping so as to not anger the gods).
