Yes,1HZ and 1FZ FE have been fitted to 45 series but its not an easy swap.
They also require their own gearbox and there would be a lot of fabrication and modications to get it to fit and make legal
An easier swap for your 45 is a 12HT turbo diesel which is very similar to the 2H already in there.
Again not cheap as they 12HT are getting hard to procure
If you have very limited funds to spend on engine swaps ,maybe a turbo installation on your 2H would be better if your looking for more power.
Otherwise if your in australia it can be cheaper just to buy the vehicle with the engine you want already in there.
You could probably get a 75 series for not much more than a 1HZ engien swap into your HJ45. You would also get all the nice things like disc brakes ,aircon and better soundproofing.
HINT Leave the font size alone ,its perfect as it is
