HJ61 12v
All the sudden everything shut down in my truck. I looked down at my parking brake and it’s melting. I looked underneath and the whole line is fire engine red. Every time I move the handle I could see sparks in the mechanical mechanism. It literally melted the whole emergency brake
Ground issue?
It melted some of my wiring harness.
im so Frustrated

Sounds like you've got a dead short in there, good thing it didn't go when you weren't around. Hope you pulled the battery cable off. Time to start taking things apart and finding the wire that got pinched, or whatever it may be.
