My 2006 LX470 has sporadic electrical glitches and I am trying to diagnose the issue. Every once in a while I turn the truck on and the radio, climate controls, etc are all dark. No power at all. Everything else in the truck has power and runs fine, but the Nav is black. Parking the truck and turning it off resets everything and returns things to normal.
I also have times that I start up and the reverse light on the dash stays illuminated even when in drive (drive light is illuminated as well). When this happens I get a ton of lights as expected like VSC lights and Check Engine. Additionally my rear camera stays on with the Nav screen while driving which I guess is expected since the truck still thinks it is in reverse with the light illuminated on the dash. This happens rarely and a simple battery disconnect returns everything to normal.
Any Body else have electrical demons like this and is it an easy fix?
