Doe an issue with the EGR affect MPG?

depends on what the issue is. it can impact it, but it should not be significant unless there are other issues

EGR is something like your Exhaust/emissions regulator. Mine got screwed up due to a custom intake I put on for a while (stupid idea). Smog time came and i replace the EGR as well as my stock intake. i definitely saw a different MPG wise in the short time I had my stock intake on while the EGR was still messed up.

PKP80,

Kurt is making a little joke. He knows very well what the EGR system does; better than almost everyone on this forum. :D
