I'm installing a 4.3l TBI onto a 2f and I'm now down to the fuel pump .Question -should I get an external pump for the frame rail or use the in tank pump by welding the flanged port off the chevy tank on the cruiser tank? I have an empty tank approx two years dry ( not expecting any fire) I've done both methods before and they are about the same amount of work.just wondering what you guys think?Does anyone know the part # of a proper rail mounted pump?

I run this one on my 350 TBI, my friends also run it on the 4.3's...
