Eezi Awn 1600 XKLUSIV RTT
Located in San Diego, CA (local sale/pick up only)
Asking $1600 (will entertain reasonable offers from active IH8MUD members)

This is a high quality, rock solid tent and this size is perfect for at least 2 adults, a child, a dog, some gear...without being too big or heavy. The mattress is super comfortable and the heavy duty tent canvas keeps noise down in the wind and moderates temperatures better than any tent I've been around. Unlike other tents, the plywood base completely eliminates condensation.

The included annex sets up in minutes and provides a ton of extra ground level space which is great in the cold or wind or simply for privacy. This is a used tent (~100 nights) and shows some signs of the same, but is in great working order and will not disappoint.

Positives:
-Top of the line quality
-No rips, tears, zipper problems, etc
-Includes annex and original annex storage bag, floor mat
-Comes with adjustable ladder extension for taller vehicles and uneven terrain
-Half the price of buying new and with immediate availability

Downsides (for complete transparency):
-This is a used tent, so not cosmetically perfect but it is in perfect working order
-Cover is faded from the sun and dusty from the trails (has no holes, so functions as it should)
-Minor staining and signs of use (see pictures)

Some information from @Equipt for reference can be found here. Note these tents sell for more than $3,000 when new.

Deployed without the annex (and for comparison purposes, a Tepui tent in the background). Note how much more coverage under the Eezi Awn...no need for an awning.

Fully set up with annex. Great for escaping the elements, privacy, changing, or even room for more people to sleep

With the window covers closed (as pictured here) it is quiet, dark, and well insulated inside the tent.

Includes ladder extension for taller vehicles. For reference, the 100 series pictures has a ~2.5 inch lift and taller feet on the roof rack.

Window coverings closed. Note storage pockets below window(s) and air vents at the top. This tent has been through some very high winds and is so much more quiet and comfortable than others in the same conditions.

Eezi Awn's mattress is amazingly comfortable

Each window and the entry door have both a screen and a canvas panel to keep the elements and bugs out. Note the small amount of stains which cannot be seen when the mattress is in place.

As seen when mounted and dusty like it should be!
